We also offer fully organic meals and are happy to support you in additional ways, regardless of the type of event you are hosting.

Here are a few tips on how you, as a conference organiser or guest, can help reduce your climate impact.

• Avoid food waste by ordering the right number of portions based on the number of participants

• Feel free to ask to take the food with you if you can’t finish your meal

• Feel free home any leftover pastries from the afternoon coffee break – we provide paper bags for this purpose

• Nalen is located in the heart of Stockholm with excellent transport connections, so we encourage you to travel by public transport

• Only print on paper when absolutely necessary

• Use our recycling bins to sort your waste

• Reuse your coffee cup or water glass throughout the day.

• Choose vegetarian options.
