What is a party without dinner? And how could you get through a full-day conference without a delicious lunch? At Nalen, the craftsmanship behind our food is equally important whether you’re two guests or two hundred.
All our food and refreshments are prepared from scratch in our own kitchen. Sustainability and environmental awareness are central to our work, which is why we are Nordic Swan Ecolabelled. The certification serves both as a mark of quality for our guests and as proof of our commitment. We update all our menus regularly and, of course, offer special dietary options.
