Ticket enquiries
Search your inbox for an email from Tickster, and please also check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, kindly contact Tickster’s support at +46 771–47 70 70, via their website, or at [email protected].
Please note that Nalen does not handle ticket sales or ticket administration, and we therefore have limited ability to assist with such matters on site.
The service fee covers a range of costs incurred in connection with ticket sales. Some of the costs covered include the maintenance of technical support and customer service, the operation of payment systems and ticket booking systems, as well as wholesale fees. The service fee for most events at Nalen is SEK 30 and is kept separate from the ticket price due to different VAT rates.
Tickets can be purchased via our website or at tickster.com
If the event is not sold out, tickets can also be purchased at the door.
No, we do not offer refunds. The rules on the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act do not apply to the purchase of event tickets. If you are unable to attend the event you have purchased a ticket for, we recommend using TicketSwap. On TicketSwap, you can easily and safely sell your ticket to someone else. Nalen follows Svensk Live’s recommendations for ticket terms and conditions, which can be found here.
If the event is not sold out, tickets can be purchased at the door.
To see whether an event is sold out, please find the relevant event here on our website.
We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance to ensure a smoother and faster entry.
For safe second-hand ticket transactions, we refer you to Ticketswap. This ensures that you are buying or selling a valid ticket. Nalen does not take responsibility for tickets bought or sold on the secondary market.
Concert tickets purchased for any of our concerts via Tickster are not personal. Please note, however, that all tickets are scanned at the entrance, and if a ticket has already been scanned or used, entry will be denied.
Unfortunately, events may sometimes be cancelled, for example due to illness or logistical reasons.
As a visitor, you are responsible for checking whether an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. At Nalen, we always try to inform all ticket holders via SMS or email as soon as possible.
If an event is cancelled, the ticket price is normally refunded (the service fee is non-refundable). If you paid by card or Swish, the refund will be made to the same account used for the purchase.
For tickets purchased through an agent, please contact the relevant agent for assistance with refunds. Nalen follows Svensk Live’s recommendations for ticket terms and conditions, which can be found here.
Concert enquiries
The start time is usually listed on your ticket, on the event page here at nalen.com, and in the associated Facebook event.
Please note that all times are approximate and may change, even on the day of the concert. We therefore recommend arriving well in advance.
Unless otherwise stated, the age limit is 18 years (13 years when accompanied by a legal guardian).
Age limit 18+: You must be 18 years old to enter, or at least 13 years old when accompanied by a legal guardian. Please note that the legal guardian must also have a valid concert ticket. Legal guardian refers to a parent or legal custodian, and one guardian per minor applies.
Age limit 13+: Everyone aged 13 and over is welcome.
Unfortunately, we cannot admit children under the age of 13, not even when accompanied by a legal guardian. This also applies to infants. We follow the Swedish Public Health Agency’s recommendations regarding sound levels for children, which we as an organiser are required to comply with under regulations from the Environmental Administration.
Many people wonder why parents are not allowed to take responsibility for their child’s hearing at a concert, for example by using hearing protection. The purpose of the Swedish Public Health Agency’s general guidelines is to protect the hearing of all children, regardless of whether their parents are aware of how to protect against high sound levels. It is the organiser’s responsibility to ensure that the sound environment and sound levels do not harm visitors’ hearing. Under current legislation, this responsibility cannot be transferred to the customer or visitor. According to the Environmental Code, it is therefore not possible for an organiser to shift this responsibility onto the visitor.
We offer a cloakroom in all of our venues. At concerts, the cloakroom fee is SEK 30, and payment is accepted by card or Swish. Cash payments are not accepted.
No, but we kindly ask that you do not bring larger bags anyway.
We have a staffed cloakroom where you can check in your outerwear for a small fee. We kindly ask you to leave large bags and other bulky items at home.
Most of our concerts are standing. When seating is available, this will be stated on our website and on the event page.
At standing concerts, we unfortunately cannot offer seating. If you have difficulty standing for longer periods, please contact our staff on site for assistance. We always have seating available outside the concert venues for those who need to rest for a while.
For your safety, Nalen reserves the right to search guests and their belongings at events. We also reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who refuses to comply with a search.
It is permitted to take photos using a mobile phone or a simple camera, as long as no flash is used.
Selfie sticks are not allowed, as they may disturb both other guests and the artists.
Professional camera equipment, such as DSLR cameras, is not permitted without a photo pass. This is generally a requirement set by the artist. If you have questions regarding accreditation, you are welcome to contact us at [email protected] or [email protected].
Audio recording is not permitted at our events.
