KARIN PARK

Karin Park is an artist, songwriter and producer from Djura in Dalarna, Sweden. She first emerged in the 2000s and has since developed a dark electronic sound blending synth-pop, experimental electronica and industrial influences. She is also a member of the Norwegian band Årabrot and co-wrote Norway’s Eurovision entry “I Feed You My Love.” Her latest release is the EP EVO, released on 8 May 2026. Featuring four tracks – “Try,” “Explodera,” “Shadow” and “Sing Your Sorrow” – it forms the first part of a planned trilogy entitled EVO-LUT-ION-(EN). Created together with producer Anthony Belguise, the music draws inspiration from the artist Hilma af Klint. “Sing Your Sorrow” is particularly notable: a deeply personal song written by Park for her daughter, expressing the wish to carry another person's sorrow.

MENTICIDE

Menticide is a Swedish EBM duo consisting of Christiaan R and Johan Damm. Christiaan is known for his work with Pouppée Fabrikk, while Damm was previously the frontman of the synth-pop act Dupont. The duo released their debut album “N.M.E.” in 2007. Their latest release, “Der Meister,” marks their return after nearly two decades and is being issued as a digital EP through Scanner, a label within the Dark Dimensions group. The German-language title track is accompanied by alternative versions as well as an EBM reinterpretation of Fad Gadget’s “Ricky’s Hand.”

COMFORT MODULE

In 2025, the duo Comfort Module burst onto the Swedish alternative music scene with full force. Their album “Undertone” quickly gained attention and was awarded the Synthsläggan prize for Debut Album of the Year. With subsequent remixes by artists such as Agent Side Grinder, Rivet and Motormännen, their music has found unexpected paths to recognition. Comfort Module’s second album, “The Close,” will be released in late October 2026 and takes listeners on an even deeper and more explosive journey. Industrial EBM meets alternative rock, pounding beats collide with delicate electronic ballads. Somewhere between manic brutality and stripped-back vulnerability lies the duo’s new musical nerve. Comfort Module has been described as “Sweden’s worst-kept secret in synth music.” Don’t miss the chance to experience them live.

NOX MODERNA

Nox Moderna is a noir synth-pop project founded by William Norlund in Gothenburg in 2022. William’s background as a metal drummer is not immediately apparent in the music. Built on a solid foundation of analogue synthesizers and hard-hitting drum sounds, Nox Moderna crafts melodies and lyrics that resonate with audiences. After releasing four singles between 2023 and 2025, Nox Moderna released the EP “The Water Knows” in February 2026.

Presented by Klubb DÖD in collaboration with Radio Virus. Supported by the Swedish Arts Council, the City of Stockholm and Region Stockholm, and in partnership with Sound Pollution and Amplified Medborgarskolan.
